The country hotel is located in Hanstedt, 30 km south of Hamburg on the northern borders of the Lüneburger Heide, framed by meadows, fields, streams and woods. It is a hotel steeped in tradition which, today, is led by the Dierksen family in their 5th generation. It comprises 45 double rooms and 6 suites with great comfort, thereof 40 units altogether for non-smokers. The bathing and sauna world (indoor swimming-pool, steam bath, 60° sauna and 90° sauna, relaxation room, sunbathing area) invites you to relax. The "refugium", the beauty department, pampers you with massages, facials and massaging baths. The restaurant is open every day, the kitchen prepares cold and warm meals for you between 11.30 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. under the direction of Euro-Toques chef de cuisine Jörn Sommer. Domestic groceries are used to a large part. Our specialties are venison and fish dishes.
